Keeping a journal when traveling outside the U.S. and documenting those trips with photographs began in earnest with my first trip to Europe in 1972. Photography was a way to share trip-related adventures with my parents, who loved setting up the screen, pulling out the projector, and sitting back to enjoy a narrated slide show of my most recent trip. Over the years, I began writing stories about my travel adventures and sharing them, along with accompanying photos, via email with family and friends. While the way in which I have shared stories and photos over the years has changed, my goal remains the same…to entertain, educate, and inspire others, as we continue our journey together on this earth.

Yellowstone National Park
On Febuary 23, 2022, we flew to Seattle and onto Bozeman, Montana, for a winter trip to Yellowstone National Park. As we had always dreamed, the landscapes were beautiful; the wildlife was plentiful; visitors were few and far between and the weather cooperated. As a result, we enjoyed another memorable adventure.
